ATTORNEY GENERAL DENIES MURDER OF DINKA WARRIOR'S SON!
Olathe, KS (January 30,
2008) In a statement to the Lawrence Journal World spokeswoman
for Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison, Ashely Anstaett,
denied the murder and cover-up of Dinka Warrior Karbino's son
on April 13, 2005 by Morrison and Planned Parenthood. "He
(Bumble Bee Braun) is one of many criminals Paul Morrison put
behind bars during his career," as a Johnson County
district attorney, Anstaett said, "After many years,
Conrad Braun is clearly still angry with Paul." See

In an interview with Fair

angry. But frankly, if Paul Morrison had not wrongfully

Can't we just let the dead horse lie? Can't we be

No we can't.
The corruption of Paul Morrison requires a high profile
arrest by both a Kansas Sheriff and the United States Marshal Service while he is a sitting Kansas Attorney General
to send a clear and unmistakable message
to the Nation and to the world that such public corruption will not
be tolerated ever again in Kansas.
It also must be done to expose the utter failure of the
Kansas press and political organizations blinded from seeing
simple justice by their political agendas.

be at Paul Morrison's side to make certain he gets a fair trial, and
no evidence is deliberately concealed as was

A high profile arrest sends a clear message that such

The central issue here has never been abortion, but
simple justice and the denial of due process as public policy
in Johnson County particular and the state of Kansas as a
whole. The abortion issue is simply a side-show that popped
its ugly head with the unlawful abortion of Karbino Kuel's son

unlawful abortion.
No doubt, the
arrest of Paul Morrison will call into question hundreds
(perhaps thousands) of
wrongful convictions as public policy in Johnson County under
Morrison. But this is a small price to pay to defend our
Constitution.
Public policy in America has degenerated to defend
our system of laws at the expense of our Constitution.
But it is only the defense of our Constitution that in the
long run defends our system of laws.

getting numerous complaints that our phone calls are violating
the right to privacy. Angry citizens want to kill the

If it was your wife and your child that was kidnapped and murdered by

certified letter that they are unable to fulfill a request
for a picture baby boy Kuel in property slip #080588 murdered
by Planned Parenthood in the presence of two Olathe Police

2005.
The
following day, April 14, 2005, Dinka Warrior Karbino Kuel was
arrested by the Olathe Police and charged with rape of a

County District Attorney Phill Kline and Planned Parenthood
Attorneys Robert Eye and Pedro Irigonegaray appeared before
Judge Stephen R. Tatum on a motion to disqualify these
attorneys on the basis that they are called as prosecution

The hearing was
centered around the testimony of Shawnee County District Judge
Richard Anderson. Judge Richard Anderson testified that he was
so concerned about the discrepancy of records produced by
Planned Parenthood that the Judge, on his own, asked a Topeka
Police Department handwriting expert to review the records.

The common take by those closely following Kline's maneuvers to prosecute Planned
Parenthood is that Kline did not want Planned Parenthood

This story begins with the arrival of Rual
Ayat Rual and his family as a refugee from Sudan on June 4,
2003. Rual Ayat Rual forged documents upon entry into
our Nation claiming Abuk Deng as his 10-year old sister, when
in fact, when Abuk arrived in America she was 14 years old and
was Rual Ayat Rual's cousin. See

Abuk's cousin Rual, falsely claiming to be
her brother, acted as guardian for Abuk and put her in the
fourth grade when, in fact, Abuk should have been put in the
8th grade. Abuk was essentially a house-servant for Rual's
family and Rual's goal was to keep her under his control for
as long as possible since it provided his family with free
maid service. Not quite a Cinderella story, but very close!
Dinka Warrior Karbino Kuel was in love
with Abuk and knew her from their homeland in southern Sudan.
As is custom in Sudan, one of the ways to take a woman as your
wife is to impregnate her. This is the Dinka Warrior way, and
this Dinka Warrior was committed to rescue his beloved from
oppressive hands. This was in February 2005 and Abuk was now
well over 16 years old.
But when the evil cousin learned what
Karbino and Abuk had done, he immediately made an appointment
with Johnson County Mental Health to seek an abortion.
But the Dinka Warrior Karbino Kuel was now
in America, not in the Sudan. "Rual cannot kill our son
in America! This is not the Sudan. I will call 911 and save
our child!" so he thought. See

An April 4, 2005
Olathe Police Detective John S. Van Unen responded to the
Dinka Warrior's 911 call. Detective Van Unen meet Rual at
Johnson County Mental Health where staff made it clear that in
this situation they would provide counseling only, not an
abortion. Detective Van Unen instructed Rual to be sure
and contact him again prior to any abortion without conducting
any investigation concerning the truth of the Dinka Warrior's
claim that Abuk was actually 16 years old and Rual's cousin,
not sister.
On April 13,
2005 Detective Van Unen went to Planned Parenthood at 4401 W.
109th Street, Suite 100, Overland Park, Kansas for a scheduled
abortion of Abuk. Planned Parenthood Administrator Kariee
Lewis met with Detective Van Unen advising him the pregnancy
was more advanced than originally thought and the abortion
would be a two day process.
Detective Van Unen
and Detective Mike Ross returned to Planned Parenthood the
following day on
April 14, 2005 and jointly witnessed Abuk's abortion conducted by
Dr.Oris Moore. The murdered child was placed in a specimen
container by Dr. Moore and Detective Van Unen recovered the
murdered child as evidence on property slip #80588.
The following day,
April 15, 2004, Dinka Warrior Karbino Kuel was arrested for rape of a child 12
years old filed by then Johnson County District
Attorney Paul Morrison and prosecuted by ADA Chris McMullin. See

after the murder of Karbino and Abuk's son and only
after this trusting and courageous Dinka Warrrior was jailed did Detective
Van Unen begin a cursory and half-hearted attempt to verify
Karbino's claims that Abuk was, in fact, over 16 years of age,
not under 14 years old.
On
April 19, 2005 Detective Van Unen called the Sudanese Embassy,
not to obtain a bona fide birth certificate to verify Abuk's
age, but simply to check on a motive why someone might benefit
from changing the age of a juvenile from 16 years to 12 years

By mid July 2005 Karbino
was able to produce a notarized Sudanese birth certificate
from Abuk's mother verifying Abuk was 16 years old at time of conception, hence,
Karbino committed no crime. It was now evident the only crime
committed was the murder of Karbino and Abuk's son by
Planned Parenthood, the Johnson County District Attorney's
Office, and the Olathe Police Department enabled by their failure to
investigate the claims of Dinka Warrior Karbino Kuel. See

Rather than dismiss the false
charges against Dinka Warrior Karbino Kuel, Paul Morrison's Office offered
Karbino Kuel a plea to a lesser charge and time served. Judge
John Anderson III refused to rule on the admissibility of the Sudanese
birth certificate enabling the murder cover-up to proceed.
Concurrently, after being found guilty of
felony Kansas blackmail at jury trial in June 2005 this writer
proceeded
to commit the same crime of felony blackmail repeatedly
against other public officials and newspapers including
Governor Kathleen Sebelius, Kansas Attorney General Phil
Kline, Judge Stephen Tatum, and even the Kansas City
Swastika drawing attention to the corruption in the
Johnson County Courthouse. I committed these crimes and
identified myself as the Serial Kansas Blackmailer after my
conviction and before sentencing risking both revocation of
bond and a sharply enhanced sentence for the commission of new

In September 2005 the Kansas
Attorney General's Office under Phill Kline and the Department
of Justice conspicuously downloaded every page of the Fair
Trials in America website making me suspicious that
Paul Morrison was under investigation for obstruction of
justice in my case. Kline's Office represented Morrison in the
mandamus I filed and revealed that the documents I sought from
1992 had mysteriously disappeared.
On October 25, 2005 Johnson
County District Attorney switched parties and announced he
would run as a Democrat against incumbent Republican Phil
Kline. At the time I stated, "My fear is the Democratic Party will embrace a bad apple that will stop at nothing and parade as anything to cover-up his past evil deeds. That is his history as a Republican. A leopard does not change its spots and a dog returns to its vomit. Paul Morrison will continue to be Paul Morrison whether he is a Republican or Democrat."

On October 31, 2005 Judge
Stephen Tatum sentenced me to 60 days for my felony blackmail
conviction. At my allocution I concluded, "Judge
Tatum, Paul Morrison has made me into an unrepentant Johnson
County Serial 'blackmailer.' If what I am doing is a crime
then Paul Morrison needs to arrest me and try me for fifteen
new counts of blackmail I have committed since my original
conviction. My position remains the same yesterday, today, and
tomorrow. There can be no probable cause for the 'crime'
of exercising a constitutional right. I am not shouting
'Fire in the theater.' I am shouting 'Corruption in
the Johnson County Courthouse.' I will continue to shout this
warning in prison or out. I ask that you uphold our
Constitution and dismiss this criminal case, declare me
innocent, and allow this matter to proceed in the civil arena
where it belongs."See

Within days Sheriff Frank Denning had me at Norton,
Kansas in the same jail and the same pod where I met my good friend
and hero Dinka Warrior Karbino Kuel. And it was from jail in
Norton, Kansas Fair Trials In America first broke the
story. See

The Dinka Warrior Karbino
Kuel was held throughout 2006. District Attorney Paul
Morrison and Judge Anderson were desperately seeking for a
plea to a lesser charge from this young man, a man they knew
was innocent. With strong support from Planned Homicide Paul
Morrison was able to launch a very effective negative campaign
against sitting Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline and won
the November 7, 2006 election by a landslide.
But there was still the
problem of innocent Dinka Warrior Karbino Kuel and the murder
of his son. So on December 6, 2006 Karbino proceeded to trial
after Judge Anderson III suppressed the notarized Sudanese
birth certificate admitting there was no probable cause if he
allowed it and claiming it would not be admissible
because it was not certified in the United States.
How a certified Sudanese birth certificate is supposed to be
certified in the United States he did not explain.
At trial Assistant District
Attorney Chris McMullin paraded murdered baby-boy Kuel around
the courtroom in property slip #80588 as evidence of rape, to the utter horror of the twelve
jurors. This brave Dinka Warrior was broken and in tears and was
eventually found innocent from Abuk's dental records.
Afterwards the jury
expressed disbelief that such a case could be brought to trial.
And they had no knowledge of the Sudanese birth
certificate suppressed by Judge Anderson!
Not one
blurb of this Johnson County Holocaust criminal proceeding was
reported in any Kansas press or any Kansas political
organization before, during or after trial or even at this
very moment except for Fair Trials In America. The
citizens of Johnson County need to be shamed before the world
court of public opinion, just has German citizens were shamed
for their self proclaimed ignorance of the Nazi
holocaust.
Kansas Attorney General
Paul Morrison needs to be arrested while still sitting in office and the
Kansas press and political organizations need to perform the mea
culpa. Even a
minimal amount of due diligence could have prevented electing
this monster to the highest law enforcement office in
Kansas. But the story does not end here.
Kansas
Attorney Phil Kline was fully aware of what was going on but
powerless to intervene. What Kansas Attorney General
Elect Paul Morrison did
not anticipate was that Kline would be appointed Johnson
County District Attorney. And what Morrison could not
anticipate is that Karbino Kuel would impregnate his
wife again, giving Kline a second chance to investigate a
pregnancy of Abuk who according the evidence presented by
Morrison and enshrined by Judge Anderson is still a minor
child! Hence, Morrison's
obsession with Phil Kline for the past year.
The Johnson
County Eight quickly brought suit in federal court producing a
slew of affidavits from Olathe Police Officers and notable
Johnson County attorneys swearing to the integrity of the
Johnson County Eight. See

notable and heading the pack of local attorneys is Thomas Bath
who also happened to prosecute my trial in 1991, concealed
evidence and then later committed perjury in United States federal
court concealing the same evidence to deny my bond, concealed
the same evidence to a federal parole officer in charge of
compiling a pre-sentence report resulting in a false criminal
history that sharply enhanced my federal sentence. See

Notably
absent from these firings was Court Administrator Linda Carter
(Paul Morrison's lover) and ADA Chris McMillin (Karbino Kuel's prosecutor and Section
Chief of the Sex Crimes Unit). McMullin is the same monster that
waved evidence bag #80588 in front of the jury!
This writer
can only speculate that selective firings were a shrewd
maneuver on the part of Kline to divide and conquer a
thoroughly corrupt courthouse and suspects we can soon expect a song
from Mr. McMullin in return for a reduction of sentence for
his co-operation with state and federal authorities in the
prosecution of this cabal of corruption in the Johnson County
Courthouse.
Hopefully what
is cloudy in this article will become clear in the days ahead.
These things are not things for Fair Trials In America
to sort out.
But the
Karbino and Abuk story is not over. This is our primary
concern. First, the safety of this woman and child. And
secondly her release.
Shortly after
Abuk was impregnated by Karbino a second time, Abuk was
kidnapped by the Olathe Police and has been held in juvenile
custody since February 2007. It is no coincidence that Olathe
Police Officers came to the defense of the Johnson County
Eight. It is also interesting that no police
officers from Lenexa, Overland Park, Leawood or any other city
have come to their defense.
Based on the
false evidence enshrined at trial in 2005 by Paul Morrison and
Chris McMullin and Judge Anderson, Judge Kathleen Sloan
continues the charade enabling this kidnapping and cover-up to
continue by keeping all proceedings concerning this 19 year
old woman in secret juvenile court. Judge Sloan is a recent
appointee by Governor Sebilius.
On January 2,
2007 I had the privilege and honor to spend the night at
Karbino's apartment. He explained to me several Sudanese
customs. He also told me that he called Planned Homicide and
ask them why they killed his son? Their reply was they
simply were following the instructions of Abuk's
guardian.
Karbino
personally related to me that he has received threats in court
from Judge Sloan that he better keep quiet or he just might wind
up back in jail. Karbino also harbors fears of being murdered
by the Olathe Police Department. He wanted me to do nothing
with the website until the next secret hearing of on January
9th and indicated that if Abuk is not freed to put everything
on the web.
We prayed and
he shared with me a brief Bible study starting with Ephesians
6:12, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but
against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of
the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in
high places." And we concluded with Psalm 23.
Yesterday I was only able to get a cryptic email
from Karbino confirming he is alive and not in jail so this
writer is going with the story

Nearly all Kansas citizens
make The Kansas Hall of Shame List and every Kansas newspaper
can lay claim to this honor. But these five stand out in
descending order. Political agendas have blinded them
from recognizing simple justice.
Planned Homicide knew
that they committed the murder of Karbino and Abuk's son without
any investigation and they have a deliberate unwritten policy
dating back to Margaret Sanger of genocide, ethnic cleansing,
and crimes against humanity. Their policy is kill without
investigation.
The Kansas City Swastika was
notified of corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse
by this writer as early as December 1992. They received a
blackmail letter from me on August 15, 2005. See

And as late as November 28, 2007 they interviewed Karbino Kuel
and remained silent about his story.
Upon my release from jail in January
2006 I took this young man's predicament to Kansans For
Lies. My pleas to its Director David Kittrich fell on deaf
ears. They have been fully aware of the situation of this
family, yet not one peep of support.
Similarly Operation Recuse was
contacted this year. Once again, no response. Nothing. Not
one right to life group, not one human rights group, and not
one newspaper, in fact not one person in Kansas has called
this young man for an interview, and his phone number has been
published for all to see!

organization that seems to be a shining light. The hand of
Catholic Services seems to be all over this thing, both in
providing a safe delivery of baby boy Kuel Karbino and
in providing Karbino employment during theses difficult
times.
A REASON FOR HOPE
This may turn out to
be a story where, for once, your government did not fail you.
I hope so. And, if so, citizens of Kansas, your hands should be raised to Heaven and be thankful for the God-given
law enforcement officers, judges, and politicians provided to you in a time of
foolishness. This has not been a fun task for anyone, yet
they are unselfishly doing their duty to protect and serve you
while taking enormous risks to help clean-up your dirty
house.
And it is not too late for
you to
help. They need your support. A great deal of public
opinion and perceptions has changed since Paul Morrison
announced his resignation. A horde of corrupt officials and
their cronies are caught between parties, and the top criminal
remains in the top law enforcement office in the land.
The corruption was there for
anyone to see. There is no excuse. None. But a handful of
officials, Republican and Democrat, have grabbed the bull by
the horns.
Hell hath no wrath like a
woman scorned. Governor Sebilius, blinded by her own political
agenda, was deceived, out of the loop, and had
no clue of the true character of Paul Morrison. See

corruption for over 20 years and did nothing to stop it. Now that the true depth of public corruption is about to come
out,
she will need your support to find an appropriate replacement
and to weather the public arrest of this monster necessary to send a clear message that such corruption in Kansas will not be
tolerated ever again.
Governor Sebilius's personal
embarrassment will hopefully be a life sobering experience and
help her rethink her own dangerous political agendas that
allows Kansas to embrace murder, ethnic cleansing, and death
hospitals at the expense of simple truth and justice. I
hope so.
On January 3, 2008 Judge
Tatum, wearing his black and gold tie, required that I pay
$200 toward court costs and extended my probation 6 months,
thus keeping me out of the housgow, commenting., "It would
be very nice, Mr. Braun, if you could just once complete a
successful probation."
It is a very silly and
sometimes dangerous game that this Bumble Bee plays. I like to
think of it as dungeons and dragons for real! So thanks to
Judge Tatum I remain yours Kansas, a Kansas Serial Blackmailer on probation, fined,
but out of jail for the high crimes of exercising rights
guaranteed by our Constitution.

Revocation Hearing for his felony conviction of Johnson County
Blackmail.
Prior to the hearing

neglect. When my business, Gold Standard Corporation,
collapsed while in Kansas custody the Leawood Police
Department and Johnson County Prosecutors entered into a
perjury conspiracy in federal court to deny me bond and went
on to lie to a federal officer causing him to create a false
criminal history sharply enhancing my federal sentence.
Further, when my son testified in federal court in Kansas City
Missouri he was reported truant from the U.S. Attorney's
office and subsequently suspended from Shawnee Mission East
High School for his truthful testimony in federal court.My case is not an isolated incident but an ongoing
policy of public corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse
and the State of Kansas and the Kansas City federal courthouse
that continues to this day.
For
speaking out I was found "guilty" of a false
"blackmail" charge. Only in the Johnson County
courthouse by order of Judge John Anderson, III can my
activities be a crime. Only in Johnson County Kansas are
activities protected by our federal and state constitutions
turned from a civil matter into a criminal matter.
At
trial the jury was prohibited from hearing the CONSTITUTION OF THE
STATE OF KANSAS: BILL OF RIGHTS which reads as follows:
S11.
Liberty of Press and Speech; Libel
The liberty of the press shall be inviolate; and all persons
may freely speak, write or publish their sentiments on all
subjects, being responsible for the abuse of such rights; and
in all civil or criminal actions for libel, the truth may be
given in evidence to the jury, and if it shall appear that the
alleged libelous
matter was published for justifiable ends, the accused party
shall be acquitted.

Phil Kline and Planned Parenthood Attorneys Irigonegaray and
Eye at January 16, 2008 hearing to disqualify them. The leak
of Linda Carter's EEOC suit reveals Paul Morrison's sexual
escapades occurred in Tatum's witness room. If these two
Planned Parenthood attorneys have knowledge of fabricated
evidence they just attached to a criminal obstruction of
