This is the front page of our website last revised on June 6, 2007 at the request of Karbino Kuel. We are pleased to announce that on December7, 2007 Karbino and Abuk had baby boy Kuel Karbino Kuel. Also, Karbino has been designated as an interested party in the secret juvenile case of his adult wife Abuk. We deliberately stopped covering this story in June as the request Karbino who was very fearful for his wife and son. Karbino can be reached at 913-633-5212.

The Olathe Police and then Johnson County District Attorney Paul Morrison supervised the murder of Karbino and Abuk's first child after this heroic young man called 911 to stop the unwanted abortion of his son. Olathe police placed the dead child in property slip #80585 and the following day Morrison willfully and knowing falsely charged this young man with rape of a minor child, a charge Morrison knew or should have known was false.

SUMMARY OF THE FACTS: Karbino Kuel is concerned about the safety of his wife and child. In the spring of 2005 Karbino called 911 to stop the abortion of of his unborn son. Rather than stop the murder, Olathe Police witnessed and documented the abortion with evidence bag #80585 with little or no investigation into the facts of this case under the supervision of then Johnson County District Attorney Paul Morrison

The day following this unlawful abortion Paul Morrison knowingly and willfully brought false rape charges against Karbino without probable cause and in retaliation for calling 911 to stop the abortion of his son, arresting and imprisoning this heroic young man.

In the summer of 2005 after the defense obtained Abuk's notarized Sudanese birth certificate Paul Morrison refused to drop the rape charges and continued to hold Karbino hoping to intimidate this young man to pled to a lesser charge. After being jailed for 20 months a jury found Karbino innocent from dental records after Judge John Anderson, III suppressed the Sudanese birth certificate at trial as hearsay admitting that if he allowed this evidence there was no probable cause for the false rape charge.

Abuk is pregnant again. She has been kidnapped by the Olathe Police and Kansas State officials again under the pretense that Abuk is 14 years of age when in fact she is now 19 years of age. Husband Karbino is now concerned for the life of his wife and second child.

UPADATE: (June 4, 2007) Karbino reported that Abuk's attorneys contacted him on Friday June 1, 2007 and reported the court is likely to release Abuk based on her dental records that confirm she is 19 years old, not 14 years old. While this is good news, please show up and give this young couple your support. This young couple needs your prayers and support. Let's get this woman and child free and the demand this cabal of Kansas officials be held accountable for serial kidnapping and murder committed against this innocent family.

UPDATE: (May 24, 2007) Today we learned that Abuk will appear on June 5th, Court 10, at 3:00 P.M. before Judge Kathleen Sloan appointed by Governor Kathleen Sebelius. Because the State of Kansas is holding Abuk under the pretense that she is a child of 14 years, Kansas officials have been enabled to keep this hearing secret from the public. The established press has also refused to cover this case of corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse. Please show your support for Abuk, Karbino and child by demanding her immediate release and by packing the courthouse on June 5th if the State of Kansas refuses to free Abuk and child.

We have also learned that Abuk's court appointed defense attorney's contacted Karbino about this hearing emphasizing that the hearing is secret to protect Abuk's privacy. Apparently Judge Sloan has ordered DNA testing and a new dental exam to determine Abuk's age, again refusing to consider the notarized Sudanese birth certificate. Because it is know that Abuk is an adult these attorney's should be filing a habeas corpus demanding her immediate release instead of participating in a secret trial in the Johnson County Courthouse.

UPDATE:( May 22, 2007) Since sending the emails below and placing over 140,000 calls to citizens in Kansas we were visited by San Diego Police investigating reports of kidnapping from a phone number in this office. Keep up the pressure! Call and email Governor Kathleen Sebelius, Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison, and Johnson County District Attorney Phil Kline demanding the immediate release and safety of this wife and child.

Further, Judge John Anderson, III played along with this scam by refusing to rule on a suppression motion by Paul Morrison

We have learned that Abuk is being held as a child a the KVC center in Salina. Kansas officials know or should know this woman is an adult. See Birth Sudanese birth certificate here. While we have learned that Abuk has been assigned several attorneys we have no information about the case because Abuk is officially designated as a child providing perfect cover for these criminal state officials.

Further, apparently Abuk has been threaten by her captors that if she contacts her husband he will be jailed.

Since you have not contacted us regarding this matter Karbino Kuel is appealing directly to the citizens of Kansas to help him find Abuk through voice broadcasting. Attached is his recorded message.

Since this appears to be a case of serial kidnapping and murder by a cabal of Kansas officials I am also keeping the Federal Bureau of Investigation informed about this criminal conspiracy by Kansas public officials.

I just got off the phone with Karbino Kuel. Attached are recent photos of Karbino and his wife Abuk Kuel.

Apparently adult Abuk was recently arrested by Olathe Police and is being detained as a child of 14 years old when your office knows or should know that she is 18 years old.

Karbino Kuel is concerned about the safety and whereabouts of his pregnant wife since your office supervised and documented (Nazi style) the murder of his unborn child in 2005 after Karbino called 911 to prevent the murder of his unborn son. Rather than prevent the abortion of his son, the Olathe Police witnessed and documented this abortion with evidence bag #80585 with little or no investigation into the facts of this case.

The day following this unlawful abortion your office went on to knowingly and willfully bring false rape charges of a minor child against Karbino Kuel without probable cause and in retaliation for his calling 911 to prevent this murder of his unborn son, arresting and imprisoning this heroic young man. Judge John Anderson III allowed this criminal conspiracy to languish nearly two years by failing to suppress as hearsay evidence the notarized Sudanese birth certificate that was produced in the summer of 2005 until the day of trial in December 2006. This birth certificate proved the real age of Abuk was 16 years and not the contrived age of 12 years created by her guardian cousin, Rual Ayet, though false documentation. Rual Ayet not only manufactured false documents that Abuk was 12 years old instead of 16 years old, but he also falsely documented that he his Abuk's brother, when in fact, they are cousins. Rual Ayet further committed perjury in the criminal proceedings against Karbino to this same effect and your office knowing participated in the perjury and did nothing to stop it.

Further, Judge John Anderson, III admitted in court just before trial that if he allowed the notarized Sudanese birth certificate as evidence there was no probable cause to bring rape charges against Karbino Kuel admitting this heroic young man was unlawfully jailed for 20 months on false charges. A jury found Karbino innocent of all charges even without seeing the notarized Sudanese birth certificate suppressed by your office and Judge John Anderson, III.

Mr. Kline, is your office going to be supervising and documenting another murder by aborting Karbino's and Abuk's second unborn child? Please provide the whereabouts of this adult and child as it is of vital public interest that this information be made available immediately for the safety of this woman and child.

The corruption of Paul Morrison and the Johnson County Kansas Courthouse is resonating throughout the state and Nation. Below are the many links. The Lawrence World Journal was the first to pick up on the story with a very fair and balanced reporting that includes the full text of the telephone message along with a blog. It should be noted that AP has subsequently picked up on the story but has twisted the message to read that Braun is claiming Paul Morrison has a criminal record which is libelous. The original Lawrence World Journal article stated that Kansas�s voters say Braun claims Paul Morrison has a criminal record.

Both the Department of Justice and the State of Kansas has downloaded every page published here before Paul Morrison announced for his candidacy for Kansas Attorney General. Paul Morrison is a corrupt Republican, not an honest Democrat. He did the old switcheroo shortly after the feds were on his trail.

I am being falsely accused or being in cahoots with Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline, apparently in the "vast right wing conspiracy." Nothing could be further from the truth. Mr. Kline, Kansan's For Life, and Operation Rescue completely ignored the injustice suffered by Karbino Kuel under Paul Morrison and Judge Anderson. Please take time to listen to Karbino's story. This is not just about an injustice that I suffered 16 years ago, but ongoing injustice and public corruption in Johnson County Kansas and has been going on for 18 years under Paul Morrison.

If Republicans and Democrats can simply put their politics aside for a time and examine the evidence you will see the issue is about deep seeded corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse. Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison is a dirty Republican, not an honest Democrat. It is time Kansan's unite to clean up this infestation of public corruption.

Unfortunately, the Kansas press has completely ignored the deeply engrained corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse and continues to do so. Not one blurb about Karbino Kuel!

San Diego, CA (BB Press, December 16, 2006). Karbino Kuel told BB Press that he was able to obtain the birth certificate in July 2005. Johnson County Prosecutor Paul Morrison refused to dismiss the false charges and did every thing within his power to obtain a plea agreement from Karbino for a lesser charge.

On December 6, 2006 Judge John Anderson III refused to allow the admission of the birth certificate as evidence at trial stating that if he admitted it as evidence he would be required to dismiss the case!

Hello, my name is Conrad Jules Braun. I am the guy with in the Bumble Bee outfit and the twelve-inch stinger who appeared in the Johnson County Courthouse in protest of public policy in the state of Kansas to unlawfully conceal evidence at trial in both state and federal courts and the propensity of Johnson County Prosecutor Paul Morrison to retaliate under color of law against citizens who dare attempt to expose this public corruption by exercising rights provided by our Constitution. Fourteen years ago the Leawood Police Department and Johnson County Prosecutors Office used my child in a failed sting operation and then deliberately concealed this evidence at trial to procure a false conviction and to deny my parental rights without due process and in clear absence of any child abuse or neglect. When my business, Gold Standard Corporation, collapsed while in Kansas custody the Leawood Police Department and Johnson County Prosecutors entered into a perjury conspiracy in federal court to deny me bond and went on to lie to a federal officer causing him to create a false criminal history sharply enhancing my federal sentence. Further, when my son testified in federal court in Kansas City Missouri he was reported truant from the U.S. Attorney's office and subsequently suspended from Shawnee Mission East High School for his truthful testimony in federal court. My case is not an isolated incident but an ongoing policy of public corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse and the State of Kansas and the Kansas City federal courthouse that continues to this day.

For speaking out I was found "guilty" of a false "blackmail" charge. Only in the Johnson County courthouse by order of Judge John Anderson, III can my activities be a crime. Only in Johnson County Kansas are activities protected by our federal and state constitutions turned from a civil matter into a criminal matter.
