In an exclusive interview Braun stated: Governor Sebelius's inadvertent underpayment in taxes and  pro-choice stance are non-issues and are hardly reasons for disqualification for Secretary of Health and Human Services. Rual Ayat apparently disposed of Abuk's papers and forged an Egyptian document for the purpose to gain a convenient house servant upon his immigration to the United States as a Sudanese refugee. On April 4, 2005 Karbino Kuel called 911 to try and stop the unlawful abortion of his son informing the Olathe Police that Abuk (Tong) was actually 17 years of age, not 12 years old and that Rual Ayat was actually Abuk's cousin, not sister.  Rather than investigate Karbino Kuel's claims, the Olathe Police Department witnessed and documented an unlawful abortion authorized by Rual Ayat, supervised by Johnson County District Attorney Paul Morrison and performed by Planned Parenthood, denying 17 year old Abuk any choice in the matter.  The unlawful abortion was performed by Dr. Oris Moore at Planned Parenthood on April 13, 2005 without any investigation into Karbino Kuel's claims.  The aborted child was packaged in a specimen container and recovered as evidence on property slip #80585 by Olathe Detectives John S. There is no evidence that Planned Parenthood,  Dr. Oris Moore, or the Johnson County District Attorney's Office made any investigation into the claims of Karbino Kuel that Abuk was actually 17 years old.  And there is no evidence that 17 year old Abuk was given a choice in the abortion decision. Rather the abortion was performed based on fraudulent documents created by Rual Ayat claiming he was Abuk's guardian and brother and that Abuk was 12 years old.  The day following the illegal abortion, Karbino Kuel was charged and arrested by Paul Morrison's office for statutory rape of a 12 year old child.  See Docketing Statement Here. Only after the abortion, and only after the arrest of Karbino Kuel did the Olathe Police make even a cursory investigation into Karbino Kuel's claims. Essentially the Olathe detectives inquired about motives to forge Egyptian documents with the Sudanese Embassy, rather than investigate the facts concerning Karbino Kuels's claims. Essentially, Abuk was brought to this country as a modern day slave!  In July 2005 Karbino Kuel was able to produce Abuk's Sudanese birth certificate from jail as well as an affidavit from Abuk's mother attesting to Abuk's real age.  Now there was a real problem for District Attorney Paul Morrison, Dr. Oris Moore, Planned Parenthood and the two Olathe Police Detectives.  Rather than admit the wrongful abortion for failure to investigate and dismiss the wrongful rape charge . . . . rather than turn the case over to the feds to prosecute Rual Ayat for immigration under false pretenses. . . .  rather than prosecute Rual Ayat for lying to the police and procuring a wrongful abortion through fraud . . rather than prosecute, jail,  and then deport Rual Ayat who entered our Nation under false pretense and committed these multiple felonies. . . .a cover-up begins!  Concurrently, on June 14, 2005 I was convicted by a jury for the "crime" of felony Kansas blackmail for letters written to Tucker Kirk, my former wife's lover, in 2003 threatening to publicly reveal Kirk's sexual abuse of my son unless he agreed to have no contact with my now adult children and grandchildren.  My prosecutor was Assistant District Attorney Sarah Welch, recently appointed a Johnson County judge in 2008 by Governor Sebelius. When Judge Anderson did not recuse and my court appointed attorney refused to file recusal motion upon my specific instructions and I attempted to file a recusal motion with his clerk, Judge Anderson arrested me for violation of K.S.A. 21-3828 Interference With Public Business and then recused based on a pending investigation of the false charges he initiated. Sensing the feds were on his trail, on October 19, 2005 District Attorney Paul Morrison switched political parties and announced he was running against pro-life incumbent Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline.  Paul Morrison was hand-picked by Governor Kathleen Sebelius to challenge Kline.  Paul Morrison's campaign against Kline was heavily funded by Planned Parenthood. Surprise, surprise! On October 31, 2005 I appeared before Judge Steven Tatum for sentencing and blackmailed him meeting all the elements of felony Kansas blackmail outlined in Judge John Anderson's amended complaint by threatening to say derogatory things about Judge Tatum if he did not declare me legally innocent.  I also briefly outlined the sequence of events of interference with the administration of justice in federal courts and denial of due process as public policy in Kansas that I had documented since 1991. It was here I had the honor and privilege to meet a young man without guile, whether deliberately or by chance I do not know but suspect the former, a true American hero - my friend Karbino Kuel. It was only by being jailed that I was able to obtain and cover the Karbino Kuel Story. A story of inconceivable injustice, a story difficult to comprehend because it involved new refugee immigrants, and nearly impossible to believe was actually happening in our Nation. A story I was determined to get out and make public upon my release, only to find that no one really cared. And a story where my old nemeses Judge Anderson was presiding! Subsequent events are documented on these pages and can be found by anyone willing to examine the facts of the case. Right to life groups, pro-choice groups, human rights groups, and the press were repeatedly notified.  No one cared. This story simply did not fit the political agenda of the pro-life or pro-choice groups. A wrongful abortion without giving an adult woman a choice apparently falls between the cracks. There is no wrongful abortion for pro-choice groups and there is no choice for pro-life groups, a classic dilemma. Yet there does seem to be a small cadre of honest men and women in law enforcement that have been able to put the political agenda on the shelf and pursue simple justice. At least, this is my hope and prayer.  And hopefully this will soon become apparent. Johnson County District Attorney Paul Morrison beat incumbent Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline in the November 2006 election, but still had the problem of Karbino Kuel in custody since April 2005 who refused to take a plea for the crime of calling 911 to stop the unlawful abortion of his son. So on December 4, 2006 Karbino Kuel went to trial before Judge John Anderson.   On December 7, 2006 Karbino was found innocent by a jury that never saw or knew about the Sudanese birth certificate or Abuk's mother's affidavit. Judge Anderson ruled the notarized Sudanese birth certificate and Abuk's mother's affidavit as hearsay, in favor the forged documentation and false testimony of Rual Ayat, admitting that if he allowed this evidence there was no probable cause for the rape charges against Karbnio Kuel.  During the trial prosecutor Chris McMullin entered evidence bag #80585 containing the aborted body of the child, to the utter horror of Karbino Kuel and the jury. Incredibly, not one word appeared in any newspaper about the proceedings at this trial or the acquittal.  The Olathe News routinely covers every criminal event at the Johnson County Courthouse. But there was nothing about this trial, the circumstances, or the outrageous conduct of Paul Morrison's prosecution team. The wrongful abortion by Paul Morrison and Planned Parenthood was successfully covered-up. The fraudulent immigration of Rual Ayat and the slavery of the young woman in his care could now resume and hopefully be forgotten. Paul Morrison was inaugurated in January 2007, but not without loud and substantial objection from Fair Trials In America that did manage to gain substantial coverage led by a nut case and ex-felon dressed in a Bumble Bee outfit calling Kansas to stop Paul Morrison from taking office. By February 2007 Abuk was impregnated again by Karbino.  And on March 18, 2007 Abuk was kidnapped by the Olathe Police and hauled before Governor Sebelius's appointment, Judge Kathleen Sloan, who again ignored clear and plain evidence of the notarized Sudanese birth certificate and Abuk's mother's affidavit and placed Abuk in juvenile custody where all proceedings are secret based on the false testimony and forged documentation of Rual Ayat!  How convenient. Needless, to say Karbino Kuel was in a panic over the whereabouts and happenings of his wife and child and we worked diligently getting this message out to Kansas citizens hoping this might  stop a second wrongful abortion.  Again, nothing. No one cared about a crazy man dressed in a Bumble Bee outfit and a Dinka Warrior broadcasting in Kansas about murder, kidnapping and cover-up! The San Diego police visited our offices on more than several occasions during 2006-2007 investigating reports of a murder and kidnapping in Kansas that were traced to our telephone numbers, so we can only imagine the stir we were causing for law enforcement in Kansas. Apparently more than one person called the police. Hello, my name is Conrad Jules Braun. I am the guy with in the Bumble Bee outfit and the twelve-inch stinger who appeared in the Johnson County Courthouse in protest of public policy in the state of Kansas to unlawfully conceal evidence at trial in both state and federal courts and the propensity of Johnson County Prosecutor Paul Morrison to retaliate under color of law against citizens who dare attempt to expose this public corruption by exercising rights provided by our Constitution. In 1991 the Leawood Police Department and Johnson County Prosecutors Office used my child in a failed sting operation and then deliberately concealed this evidence at trial to procure a false conviction and to deny my parental rights without due process and in clear absence of any child abuse or neglect. When my business, Gold Standard Corporation, collapsed while in Kansas custody the Leawood Police Department and Johnson County Prosecutors entered into a perjury conspiracy in federal court to deny me bond and went on to lie to a federal officer causing him to create a false criminal history sharply enhancing my federal sentence. Further, when my son testified in federal court in Kansas City Missouri he was reported truant from the U.S. Attorney's office and subsequently suspended from Shawnee Mission East High School for his truthful testimony in federal court.  My case is not an isolated incident but an ongoing policy of public corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse and the State of Kansas and the Kansas City federal courthouse that continues to this day. 

For speaking out I was found "guilty" of a false "blackmail" charge.  Only in the Johnson County courthouse by order of Judge John Anderson, III can my activities be a crime. Only in Johnson County Kansas are activities protected by our federal and state constitutions turned from a civil matter into a criminal matter.

Judge Stephan R. Tatum (note black and gold tie!) Johnson County District Attorney Phil Kline and Planned Parenthood Attorneys Irigonegaray and Eye at January 16, 2008 hearing to disqualify them. The leak of Linda Carter's EEOC suit reveals Paul Morrison's sexual escapades occurred in Tatum's witness room. If these two Planned Parenthood attorneys have knowledge of fabricated evidence they just attached to a criminal obstruction of justice conspiracy.
