Blackmail Statute reads as follows:
KSA 21-3428. Blackmail. Blackmail is verbally or by written or printed communication and with intent to extort or gain any thing of value from another or to compel another to do an act against his will:
(a) Accusing or threatening to accuse any person of a crime or conduct which would tend to degrade and disgrace the person accused: or
(b) Exposing or threatening to expose any fact, report or information concerning any person which would in any way subject such person to the ridicule or contempt of society, coupled with the threat that such accusation or exposure will be communicated to a third person or persons unless the person threatened or some other person pays or delivers to the accuser or some other person some thing of value or does some act against his will.
Blackmail is a class E felony.
Paul
Morrison is being investigated for obstruction of justice and
blackmail. The basis for the obstruction of justice investigation is
that Morrison allegedly tried to get information from Linda Carter
on the pending investigation of Planned Parenthood by District
Attorney Phil Kline. The basis for the blackmail investigation is
that Morrison allegedly threatened Carter he would destroy her job
prospects in Arkansas if she did not answer Morrison's questions
meeting the elements of intent to extort or gain anything of value.
On
August 21, 2008 Judge Stephen R. Tatum, Sheriff Frank Denning, and
Lame Duck District Attorney Phill Kline became accessories of fact
in my latest Kansas Serial Blackmail Crime Spree. (See
articles below.)
What
is the difference between my serial blackmail crime spree and
Morrison's blackmail? The difference is that the Bumble Bee
never had intent to extort or gain anything of value! The Bumble Bee
simply threatens if you don't do certain things, he will say derogatory (but
true) things about you! The Bumble Bee's original conviction was for a threat to
Mr. Tucker Kirk, who sexually abused and traumatized the Bumble
Bee's minor child
son and then worked with Paul Morrison's office to deny the Bumble
Bee all parental
rights without due process while wrongfully imprisoned in
Kansas, to stay away from the Bumble Bee's children and grandchildren or
the Bee would
make public Tucker Kirk's sexual abuse of the Bee's child. Mr. Kirk has done a pretty
good job of staying away, but he just couldn't stay away this year so now
his sexual abuse is on the internet again in this blurb for the
world to see! A perfectly legal and protected Constitutional
right in our Nation.
Judge
John Anderson and Johnson County District Attorney Paul
Morrison amended the blackmail complaint to make this protected
constitutional right a crime by removing the
clause "feloniously and willfully attempt to gain anything of
value." The jury had no choice but to
find me "guilty" of exercising a constitutional right according
to the amended complaint.
As
late as December 2005, just before his inauguration as Kansas
Attorney General, Paul Morrison proceeded at trial in a rape case
against young man Morrison knew was innocent to cover-up the
wrongful abortion of Karbino Kuel's son instigated by Paul Morrison's
office and executed by Planned Parenthood. Karbnio Kuel's only
crime was that he called 911 to try and stop the unlawful abortion

Judge
Anderson sat on the a motion to suppress Abuk's Sudanese birth
certificate for 18 months while Morrison desparately offered a plea
for time served, ruling only just before trial that if he
allowed the Sudanese birth certificate as evidence there was no
probable cause to hold this innocent man in jail for 22 months. (See

Prosecutor
Chris McMullen then proceeded to the waive the wrongfully aborted
child as evidence of rape to horrified jurors and father
Karbino Kuel.

revocation hearing threatening
Kline and other Kansas officials with public ridicule, contempt, and
degradation if the conspirators in the wrongful abortion of Karbino
Kuel's son and subsequent cover-up are not brought to justice.
Braun went on to
threaten all Kansas human rights groups, right-to-life organizations,
the Kansas press and all Kansas citizens to public ridicule, contempt,
and degradation if they continue to ignore the grave crimes committed
against Karbino Kuel and his family by certain elected officials and their hired and
appointed minions.
In an interview
Braun exclaimed, "I had a personal escort from Sheriff
Denning's office from the time I walked in the courthouse, I committed
multiple blackmail felonies in open court and no one stopped me!

is Conrad Jules Braun. I am the guy with in the Bumble Bee
outfit and the twelve-inch stinger who appeared in the Johnson
County Courthouse in protest of public policy in the state of
Kansas to unlawfully conceal evidence at trial in both state

1991 the Leawood Police Department and Johnson County
Prosecutors Office used my child in a failed sting operation
and then deliberately concealed this evidence at trial to
procure a false conviction and to deny my parental rights
without due process and in clear absence of any child abuse or
neglect. When my business, Gold Standard Corporation,
collapsed while in Kansas custody the Leawood Police
Department and Johnson County Prosecutors entered into a
perjury conspiracy in federal court to deny me bond and went
on to lie to a federal officer causing him to create a false
criminal history sharply enhancing my federal sentence.
Further, when my son testified in federal court in Kansas City
Missouri he was reported truant from the U.S. Attorney's
office and subsequently suspended from Shawnee Mission East
High School for his truthful testimony in federal court.My case is not an isolated incident but an ongoing
policy of public corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse
and the State of Kansas and the Kansas City federal courthouse
that continues to this day.
For
speaking out I was found "guilty" of a false
"blackmail" charge. Only in the Johnson County
courthouse by order of Judge John Anderson, III can my
