Greetings from the Kansas Serial Blackmailer:

This is to request that you perform your duty and thoroughly investigate the employment history of fired Johnson County Chief Investigator Bryan Denton and seven other fired Assistant District Attorneys.

I have enclosed my April 18,2003 correspondence to then Chief Investigator Bryan Denton, along with other relevant correspondence. Please note Mr. Denton was apparently ordered by now Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison not to investigate this matter dismissing me as a “desperate man.”

Three days after Paul Morrison was served by the Sheriff with mandamus Conrad J. Braun v. Paul J. Morrison, 03CV3933 seeking redress for him to perform his duty, I was arrested for blackmail. Mr. Bryan Denton was a complaining witness. These false charges could stick only after Judge John Anderson III practiced law on behalf of the Johnson County Prosecutor Paul Morrison and ordered an amended complaint making a clearly established constitutional right a crime.

Interestingly, the mandamus revealed that the sibling letters and all police reports concerning the matter have mysteriously disappeared.

Please note that a second mandamus Conrad J. Braun v. Paul J. Morrison, 06CV10026 is pending before Judge Stephen Tatum calling for depositions from all involved parties.

Further, several of the affidavits in behalf of fired Chief Investigator Bryan Denton are filed by police officers and attorneys who have a vested interested in keeping the rampant corruption in the Johnson County Courthouse that has been public policy for the past 18 years covered up.

A proper investigation and resolution of this matter will save the use of further unnecessary judicial resources that is required to correct due process violations that have been public policy in Johnson County Kansas nearly two decades.

Should you refuse to perform your duty and thoroughly investigate this matter, I will publicly say derogatory things about the Johnson County Commissioners on www.fairtrialsinamerica.org with the purpose to force you to act against your will, meeting all the elements of Kansas blackmail according to Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison and Judge John Anderson III.
