Greetings from the Kansas Serial Blackmailer:

This is to request that you perform your duty and acknowledge the existence of a failed sting operation by your office and the City of Leawood Police in conjunction with the two complaining witnesses that was deliberately concealed to obtain a false conviction at jury trial for criminal trespass in 1991 and again deliberately concealed to misrepresent a PFA order as a “no contact” order to deny parental rights while in Kansas custody.

This is also to request that you admit the existence of concealed sibling letters unlawfully solicited, manufactured, and then secretly and unlawfully used in a revocation proceeding in 1992.

This failed sting operation was again concealed in federal court into order to deny me bond as danger to the community and to sharply enhance a federal sentence based on a criminal history your office knew or should have known was false.

I have enclosed the correspondence to your predecessor who was apparently ordered by now Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison not to investigate dismissing me as a “desperate man.” Three days after your office was served with mandamus Conrad J. Braun v. Paul J. Morrison, 03CV3933 to order your office to perform its duty, I was arrested for blackmail.  Your predecessor, Bryan Denton, was a complaining witness. These false charges could stick only after Judge John Anderson III practiced law on behalf of the Johnson County Prosecutor Paul Morrison and ordered an amended complaint making a clearly established constitutional right a crime.

Interestingly, the mandamus revealed that the sibling letters and all police reports concerning the matter have mysteriously disappeared.

Please note that a second mandamus Conrad J. Braun v. Paul J. Morrison, 06CV10026 is pending calling for depositions from all involved parties. If your office will simply perform its duty and admit this evidence was deliberately concealed, a further waste of judicial resources of the citizens of Kansas can be avoided and this matter can come to a conclusion.

PS: Should you refuse to perform your duty, I will publicly say derogatory things about you with the purpose to force you to act against your will, meeting all the elements of Kansas blackmail according to Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison and Judge John Anderson III.
