AMERICAN
HERO
KARBINO KUEL RETURNS FROM FIRST TOUR OF DUTY
BUMBLE
BEE BRAUN BLACKMAILS PRESIDENT OBAMA AGAIN DEMANDING DOJ CIVIL
RIGHTS INVESTIGATION!
DEAD
BODY REMAINS IN JOHNSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE!
San
Diego, CA (BB Press, August 3, 2009) Fair Trials In America
has learned that hero PFC Karbino Kuel has returned safely
from a tour of duty in South Korea. Wife Abuk and son
Kuel Karbino are doing well but remain in unlawful secret
custody by the state of Kansas in a HHS program under orders from Johnson
County Judge Kathleen Sloan while the forced abortion, kidnapping, and
cover-up conspirators remain unpunished. Further, hero
Karbino Kuel refuses further comment for fear of retaliation
to his family.
In an
exclusive interview Fair Trials In America Founder, Conrad J.
Braun stated:
"The
bottom line is that a dead body remains in the Johnson County
Courthouse and no one responsible for this death, Karbino
Kuel's vindictive prosecution, or the ongoing cover-up is
being held accountable. Further, former Kansas Governor now
HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius knows or should know
about the situation and has done nothing to stop it, tainting our federal government at the very highest
levels."
"So
the only thing left to do, is commit Kansas blackmail
and hopefully bring it to the attention of the President. If
justice isn't served, perhaps I will be invited for a
beer!"

with Fair Trials In America, founder Conrad J. Braun refused

SECRET
GRAND
JURY POLL EVIDENCE REVEALS LOS ANGELES DISTRICT ATTORNEY STEVE
COOLEY VULNERABLE!
San
Diego, CA (BB Press, July 22, 2009) Poll evidence to be
presented before the Los Angeles Grand Jury tomorrow reveals
District Attorney was vulnerable in the June 2008 election. In
an exclusive story Fair Trials In America was provided the
poll and sample poll results conducted by Albert Robles'
political consultant Tony Inocentes. The poll showed District
Attorney Steve Cooley was vulnerable to an upset defeat if
Democratic voters were made aware that Cooley is a Republican.
Democrats
polled revealed they supported Cooley over Robles by more than
a 2-1 margin with 357 undecided. When informed that Albert
Robles was the only official Democrat running for District
Attorney, Democrats supported Robles over Cooley by more
than a 2-1 margin. Moreover, only 2 voters were
undecided. Below is the poll, a sample of the results, and
subsequent calls made on behalf of Albert Robles.

In an
exclusive interview HomeyTel founder Conrad J. Braun stated:
"About
six months ago two investigators from the Los Angeles District
Attorney's office visited my office asking to see the call
records of political consultant Tony Inocentes who was
managing Albert Robles campaign for Los Angeles District
Attorney."
"I
indicated to the investigators that this information could
only be shared with permission from the customer. In the
presence of the two investigators I called Mr. Inocentes.
Inocentes indicated the records were not to be made available
and he would not speak to the Los Angeles District Attorney's
office except in a court proceeding."
"On
July 17, 2009 I was personally served by Senior Investigator
Wallace Prestidge to produce records for Albert Robles, Tony
Inocentes, and any other individual or entity pertaining to
the 2008 election for Los Angeles District Attorney at 8:30
a.m. on July 23rd, 2008."
"Interestingly,
HomeyTel called on behalf of supporters of District Attorney
Steve Cooley as well and Albert Robles. I immediately informed
all parties that their records were subpoenaed and that I
would be appearing before a Grand Jury."
"Due
to the chilling effect caused by a District Attorney
conducting a secret Grand Jury investigation against an
opponent I contacted both parties requesting permission to
make public the record, since it is likely I will be ordered
not to discuss the matter after tomorrow's hearing."
"Supporters
for the District Attorney did not respond to my request.
Supporters for Albert Robles responded that they consider the
subpoena of records and polling results an invasion of proprietary information, but
since it was being delivered to the District Attorney Cooley anyway, do not
object that it be made publicly available."
"I am not sure what I am in the midst of,
but strongly believe it is in the public interest to make this
information available to the public."
